Job Summary
We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team in Hinjewadi, Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in billing, invoicing, data entry, and back-office operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, verifying billing information, maintaining records, updating data, and supporting day-to-day billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
- Verify customer details, billing information, and transaction records
- Enter and update billing data in company systems
- Check invoices for errors and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing-related queries
- Track billing information and maintain daily records
- Assist with payment and invoice-related documentation
- Prepare basic billing reports as required
- Follow company procedures and maintain data accuracy
- Handle routine back-office and administrative activities
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
- Good typing and data-entry skills
