The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Operations
· Manage day-to-day front office activities including check-in, check-out, and reservations
· Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, housekeeping, and other departments
· Maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
2. Guest Experience Management
· Handle guest queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
· Ensure personalized guest interactions to enhance overall experience
· Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement initiatives
3. Team Leadership & Management
· Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff
· Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimal staffing levels
· Drive team performance through regular reviews and feedback
4. Revenue & Reservation Management
· Oversee room inventory, pricing coordination, and booking channels
· Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective planning
· Ensure accuracy in billing and revenue reporting
5. Compliance & Administration
· Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and hospitality standards
· Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
· Coordinate with finance for billing, audits, and reconciliations
Key Requirements
· Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field
· 7–8 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in resorts or luxury hospitality
