Job Summary

Hyundai Group EMS Company is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations in a high-volume Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring quality compliance, improving operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for EMS products.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure achievement of production targets through optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and resources.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE,



FPY, Yield, Rejection Rate, OTIF, Productivity, and Cost.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, ESD requirements, and customer-specific standards.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, SCM, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for manufacturing issues.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives.
- Develop capacity planning and resource optimization strategies to support business growth.
- Ensure adherence to Safety, Environmental, and Statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor personnel.
- Support Recent Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Review production performance and present MIS reports to senior management.
