The Meetings & Events Audit team will be responsible for auditing the meetings and events data ensuring that it is compliant with the global M&E; guidelines and processes. On top of what is already added to the Meeting Request Form the team will be responsible for executing event reconciliation and closeout, which is a new scope for this role. The member will be responsible for entering actuals to the budget module within Cvent post reconciliation. The role will be 100% dedicated to event audits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end event and budget audit management.
- Supporting global Centre of Excellence planning and Event execution planning teams
- Post event reconciliation and budget actuals entry
- Manage event technology-related support, compliance, and reporting.
- Management of budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments
- Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.
- Ensure all meeting request entries align with compliance and the latest policies
Professional & Technical Skills:
- At least 3-4 years of working knowledge of Cvent
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify trends and simplify complex themes
- Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams
- Robust Stakeholder Management
- Experience of Change Management; Process Design / Process Improvement
