Email Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop email marketing and lead-nurturing strategies based on ICP and buyer personas.
- Build and manage prospecting and cold-email campaigns.
- Set up lead capture, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and sales handoffs.
- Build automated email sequences for cold, warm, inbound, and existing leads.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows.
- Track campaign performance and optimise for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue, not just opens and clicks.
- Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, domain reputation, and compliance.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure the complete funnel.
- Identify gaps in the existing setup and independently recommend and implement improvements.

Tools

Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Snov.io and Mailchimp is preferred.

Experience with other email marketing, CRM, automation, prospecting, and marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Outreach, Salesloft, Zapier, Make, or similar tools is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹11,305.35 - ₹40,122.82 per month
