Caretaker Job Description – Lonavala/Khandala Bungalow

We M/s. Hatim Glazing & Cladding Pvt. Ltd. looking for a responsible and trustworthy Caretaker for our bungalow located in Lonavala–Khandala.

Responsibilities:
- Take complete care of the bungalow and ensure it is kept clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Look after gardening, plants, lawn, and outdoor areas.
- Monitor utilities, repairs, and general upkeep of the property.
- Ensure the property is ready for use whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards.

Requirements:
- Experience in bungalow/property maintenance and gardening preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and disciplined person.




- Should be able to stay and manage the property independently.
- Muslim candidate preferred as per the family’s requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort, Mumbai - 400001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
- Tally: 5 years (Preferred)
- total work: 7 years (Preferred)
