Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, supply chain, procurement and marketing to gather, analyze and document business requirements aligned with FMCG growth strategies.
- Analyze consumer, sales and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform demand forecasting and inventory planning.




- Propose and design process improvements and technical solutions that enhance procurement efficiency, vendor management and distribution networks.
- Partner with IT and operations teams to implement solutions that align with FMCG business goals.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions for cross‑functional teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into technical specifications using diagramming tools.
- Analyze large datasets from linked retail, supplier and logistics sources to develop recommendations for process optimization and new initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within FMCG or retail supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of analytics techniques and data analysis skills for consumer and operational datasets.
- Hands‑on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating dashboar
