## About the Role

We are looking for an **experienced and target-driven Sales Manager** to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least **1 year of experience in real estate sales**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage leads, clients, and sales targets effectively.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Generate and follow up with leads through calls, meetings, references, and digital enquiries.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and customers.

* Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.

* Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.

* Train and motivate sales executives to improve performance.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

* Prepare regular sales reports for management.





* Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

## Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales**.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

* Good knowledge of the Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market is preferred.

* Leadership and team-management skills.

* Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

* Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and digital lead management is an advantage.
