Chennai

Run payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) for all employees

- Manage employee data, hours, tax info, and benefit deductions in our payroll systems

- Stay on top of federal, state, and local tax laws and labor regulations

- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit them for accuracy

- Answer employee questions about pay, deductions, and time-off balances

- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues

- Generate payroll reports for management

*We need:*

- Any Degree Holders

- 5-7 Years proven experience in payroll processing in GreytHR

- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills and confidentiality

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- High level of integrity and discretion

- 5.5-day workweek (Saturday is a half-day)

- Work from office
