1)Calling customers and informing them of unpaid debts for soft collections

2) Handle client grievances about unpaid debts and provide timely response

3) Explicit up any client confusion about product policies and agreements

4) Searching publicly available databases and documents to locate defaulters

5) Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails.
