About Tittertots

Tittertots is a growing family lifestyle and sleepwear brand focused on comfortable cotton nightwear, kidswear and matching family collections.

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Social Media Executive who can manage day-to-day e-commerce activities while helping us build an engaging and consistent social media presence.

This is an execution-heavy role suited for someone who enjoys working across content, video production, shoot and social media management and growth

Social Media Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day content calendar for Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
- Schedule and publish Reels, posts, Stories and other content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic social media copy aligned with the Tittertots brand voice.
- Identify trending Reel formats, audios, content ideas and relevant social trends.
- Create and coordinate product shoots, UGC and creator content.
- Create simple Reels and social media videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Repurpose customer images, reviews, UGC and product videos into social content.




- Respond to basic comments and DMs or coordinate them with the customer support team.
- Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations and content follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized content library of product photos, videos and UGC.
- Track basic social media metrics including reach, engagement, followers, Reel views and content performance.

Skills Required

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, social media or a related role.
- Working knowledge of social media
- Understanding of Instagram, Reels and current social media trends.
- Basic Canva and video editing skills.
- Positive written English and ability to create short, engaging copy.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Experience with fashion, kidswear, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.
