Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecallers / Follow-Up Executives for our Abroad Education Counselling team.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.

* Follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.

* Understand students’ study-abroad interests, preferred countries and courses.

* Provide basic information about overseas education opportunities.

* Schedule counselling appointments with counsellors.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

* Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for lead conversion.

* Handle student and parent queries professionally.

Requirements:





* Fluency in Telugu, English & Hindi is mandatory.

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing and follow-up abilities.

* Confident and polite communication.

* Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge is an advantage.

* Telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling experience is preferred.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
