- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential addresses for collection follow-up.
- Collect pending loan/EMI payments from customers as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-up with overdue customers.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment options, and due dates to customers.
- Update collection and customer visit details in the mobile application/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the branch/team regarding difficult or overdue accounts.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
