We're looking for Kitchen Operators, not chefs.
At The Momos Mafia, everything is standardized. Your job is to follow SOPs, not create recipes.
- Responsibilities:Steam, fry & finish momos as per SOP.
- Prepare gravy & beverages using premixes.
- Heat, assemble and serve products consistently.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow portion sizes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently during rush hours.
- Requirements:No chef experience required.
- Experience in QSR/Fast Food is a plus (McDonald's, Domino's, KFC, etc.).
- Able to follow SOPs and instructions accurately.
- Punctual, disciplined and team-oriented.
- Willing to work in shifts.
We're looking for operators who believe consistency is more significant than creativity.
