- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and service industrial chillers, panel ACs, and cooling systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
- Required QualificationsITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service and maintenance (Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply).
- Required SkillsKnowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to travel for field service.
