? Responsibilities

* Call customers and assist them in selecting the right products.

* Convert website and Meta Ads leads into orders.

* Follow up with existing customers.

* Handle WhatsApp conversations and customer queries.

* Maintain customer data and update CRM/Google Sheets.

* Coordinate with the operations team for order-related queries.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

✅ Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English.





* Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

* Confident and persuasive personality.

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Office.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Must own a laptop.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

? Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
