Find recent customers: builders, contractors, property developers, masons and retailers.

Visit construction sites regularly and generate enquiries.

Explain and sell cement, steel, bricks, sand and other building materials.

Take orders and coordinate with purchase/dispatch for timely delivery.

Maintain daily customer follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.

Prepare daily visit and sales reports.

Maintain customer database and develop long-term relationships.

Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate collections.

Monitor competitor prices and market demand.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Bring repeat business from existing customers.
