Handle incoming and outgoing calls during the night shift.

Coordinate with drivers for upcoming and ongoing bookings.

Assist customers with driver details, pickup locations, delays, and other ride-related queries.

Monitor airport transfers and ensure timely driver allocation and pickup.

Follow up with drivers regarding their location and booking status.

Resolve operational issues such as driver delays, customer no-shows, vehicle changes, and pickup difficulties.

Update booking status and relevant information in the system.

Escalate urgent or unresolved cases to the concerned team.
