• Make outbound calls using the database provided by the company. • Share required information with prospective students in a transparent and professional manner. • Answer basic queries and guide students properly during the interaction. • Take regular follow-ups with interested prospects. • Maintain polite communication, good listening skills, and a positive candidate/student experience. • Update candidate/student interaction details as per the process requirement
