What you'll do
1. Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.
3. Book meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
4. Understand client needs and present the right AI/software solutions.
5. Follow up, prepare proposals, and close deals.
6. Hit monthly sales and revenue targets.
7. Maintain CRM records and coordinate onboarding with delivery teams.
What we're looking for
1.
1–3 years in Business Development, IT/Software Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition (exceptional freshers welcome).
2. Strong communication and confidence on cold calls.
3. Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to explain tech solutions simply.
5. Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outreach platforms.
6. Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
