Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greets guests, takes orders accurately, and processes payments via cash registers or POS (Point of Sale) systems. [1, 2]
- Food Preparation: Prepares and packages food and drink items (including flame-grilled burgers) following exact brand recipes, quality controls, and hygiene standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Cleans the dining area, kitchen workstations, counters, restrooms, and exterior grounds regularly. [1, 2]
- Stock Management: Unloads deliveries, organizes inventory, and stocks the storage rooms and cold/freezer units using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods. [1, 3, 4, 5]

ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਾਈ ਦੇ ਮਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ (ਫਲੇਮ-ਗਰਿੱਲਡ ਬਰਗਰ ਸਮੇਤ) ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ: ਡਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ, ਰਸੋਈ ਦੇ ਵਰਕਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ, ਕਾਊਂਟਰ, ਰੈਸਟਰੂਮ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਮੈਦਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।ਸਟਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ: FIFO (ਫਸਟ-ਇਨ, ਫਸਟ-ਆਊਟ) ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਲੋਡ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵਸਤੂ ਸੂਚੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਟੋਰੇਜ ਰੂਮ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਲਡ/ਫ੍ਰੀਜ਼ਰ ਯੂਨਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਟਾਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
