The candidate should be capable of independently identifying and resolving day-to-day computer, hardware, networking, CCTV camera, and related IT issues.

Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for computer repairing and troubleshooting, hardware installation, Windows/software support, printer issues, LAN/Wi-Fi/network problems, CCTV camera troubleshooting, DVR/NVR support, and regular maintenance of office computer systems.

As multiple computers are used daily in our company, the candidate should be able to quickly diagnose and repair systems whenever a computer or related device stops working and minimize downtime.
