Position Sales Executive – Showroom

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products and designs, generating sales, taking orders, and ensuring excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain photo frames, customized frames, photo printing, gifts, and related products.
- Suggest suitable products, sizes, designs, and pricing.
- Handle customer enquiries through showroom, phone and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and take customer orders accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending enquiries and orders.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Promote additional products through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with designers, production team, billing and delivery staff.
- Maintain proper customer and order records.
- Handle billing and payments as required.
- Inform customers about order status and delivery timelines.




- Ensure the showroom display and products are neat and attractive.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and find suitable solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
