REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE - SITES N SERVICES

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional, presentable, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective customers, explain our real estate projects, conduct site visits, generate leads, and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective buyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

• Present project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.

• Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and other sales channels.

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.

• Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.





• Handle queries and assist customers through booking and documentation.

• Negotiating and converting qualified leads to successful bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

• Presentable, well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.

• Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined approach to sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

• Prior experience in real estate or field sales is an advantage.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

₹15,000/month fixed salary + Attractive performance-based incentives for every successful deal closure.

Higher sales performance = Higher earning potential.
