Role: International Healthcare Voice Process

Position Grade: A2 (1–4 Years of Experience)

Compensation: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)

- Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
- Robust experience in handling customer queries, escalations, and case management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong comprehension abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, web-based tools, email platforms,



and data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Key Responsibilities Communicate with US insurance companies to review claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Analyse and document denial reasons accurately.
- Update claim status, case notes, and follow-up actions in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all client and organizational policies.
