Roles & Responsibilities:
An EV Service Engineer diagnoses and repairs electric vehicles using OEM diagnostic tools, manages high-voltage safety protocols (like LOTO and isolation checks), and maintains warranty records. They also monitor battery health, perform firmware updates, and ensure all electrical powertrains and drivetrains operate at peak efficiency.
