We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Calling Agent who can communicate professionally with customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce Amaryug Printers and its services.
- Generate recent sales leads through calling, online research, references, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements for printing, packaging, brochures, visiting cards, catalogs, stationery, and other printed products.
- Explain our products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and existing customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and production team to ensure customer requirements are communicated properly.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.




- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate technical or pricing-related questions when required.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in both Hindi and English – mandatory.
- The candidate should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or printing will be an advantage.
