We are looking for a creative, skilled multimedia skilled to lead our digital content production and help us communicate holistic wellness strategies to a wider audience.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an all-in-one Video Content Creator and Writer who can take full ownership of our media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire content pipeline under our Media Production vertical. This includes researching medical and wellness topics, writing scripts, shooting high-quality video content featuring our experts, and writing informative health articles for our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scriptwriting: Conceptualize and write engaging video scripts for health, nutrition, and lifestyle topics tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital platforms.
- Videography: Set up, shoot, and direct high-quality video content using smartphones, DSLRs, professional lighting,



and audio equipment in our clinic environment.
- Content Writing: Research and author medical blogs, website copy, and educational health write-ups that explain complex wellness concepts in simple language.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal doctors, nutritionists, and physiotherapists to interview them and turn medical facts into engaging viewer content.
- Editing Coordination: Oversee the final video editing process or hand off raw footage with clear instructions to ensure brand alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital video production, scriptwriting, or content writing (healthcare or fitness niche is a major plus).
- Technical Setup: Strong command over basic videography tools, camera positioning, framing, and crisp audio recording.
- Writing Expertise: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to research and write accurate, clear medical/wellness scripts and blogs.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to independently manage a video from an abstract script concept to a finalized shoot.
