Job SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing the distributor and retailer network, generating new business, taking orders, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
- Generate regular orders from retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Focus on increasing sales volume and market coverage.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders.

1. Market Development

- Visit the assigned market regularly.
- Identify and appoint new retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Expand the company's product presence in the assigned territory.
- Introduce company products to new customers.

1. Customer & Retailer Management

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve basic issues.
- Ensure proper product availability at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, and competitors.

1. Daily Field Reporting

- Submit the Daily Working Report on time.
- Report total visits, new visits, old visits, orders, sales, and collections.
- Share required meter-reading/GPS or field-visit information as instructed by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all market activities.

1. Order & Collection Management

- Take genuine customer orders and submit them through the company's approved process.
- Follow up on pending payments.
- Collect cash/online/cheque payments as assigned.
- Ensure collections and outstanding payments are properly reported.

1. Product Promotion

- Explain product features,



benefits, pricing, and schemes to retailers and distributors.
- Promote company products in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market changes to the ASM.

1. Discipline & Compliance

- Follow company rules, reporting procedures, and sales policies.
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
- Do not take orders from another employee's assigned shop/territory without authorization.
- Maintain professional behaviour with customers, distributors, and colleagues.

Performance ParametersPerformance will be evaluated based on:

- Monthly sales achievement
- Number of productive visits
- New customer/retailer additions
- New orders generated
- Collection performance
- Market coverage
- Distributor/retailer development
- Daily reporting and attendance
- Customer relationship management
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications
- Valuable knowledge of the assigned local market
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach
- EligibilityMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates may apply.
- Sales/FMCG experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Allowances & Incentives Petrol allowance: As per company policy and applicable KM/travel records.
- Sales incentives: As per the company's prevailing incentive scheme.
- Salary and benefits will be as per the candidate's offer letter.

Working Hours10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or as per the company's applicable field-working schedule.

ImportantThe Sales Executive is expected to maintain regular market visits, achieve assigned targets, submit reports on time, maintain proper customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
