- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Handle bulk hiring for multiple locations.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with the HR team for regular hiring updates.
- RequirementsGraduate preferred.
- 1+ year experience in recruitment or field hiring.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel in Bangalore.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals preferred.
