We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and statutory compliance and should be comfortable independently handling routine accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and accounting entries in Tally
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and verify invoices, purchase bills and supporting documents
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations
- Follow up and maintain records of outstanding receivables and payables
- Handle GST related accounting, reconciliation and filing support
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions and compliance
- Prepare and maintain E-way Bills and E-invoices
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports
- Coordinate with auditors, CA and other external professionals whenever required




- Maintain records related to inventory and manufacturing transactions
- Ensure accounting entries are accurate, complete and up to date
- Support management with accounting information and reports whenever required

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation
- Good understanding of accounts payable and receivable
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting activities

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has previously worked in a manufacturing, trading or SME environment and is comfortable handling accounts from day-to-day entries through reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
