Role & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Zonal HRs and recruitment professionals across locations.
- Drive accountability and performance management of Zonal HR teams for recruitment delivery.
- Ensure alignment of regional hiring activities with organizational talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews with Zonal HRs to track manpower fulfillment, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant Experience in recruitment
- Team handling experience
- Relevant experience in Banking/ NBFC industry
