VMC Operator

Job Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines efficiently as per production requirements.
- Perform job setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Set machine parameters and cutting conditions according to job requirements.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
- Maintain production targets and quality standards.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and support routine maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience as a VMC Operator.
- Good practical knowledge of VMC machine operation and setting.




- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring and inspection instruments.
- Valuable understanding of tool setting and offset correction.
- Ability to maintain production quality and targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- VMC/CNC machine setting experience
