Job Summary
We are looking for an Infor WFM Consultant to join the W.I.N.G.S. product team. The role involves configuration and development of Infor Workforce Management (WFM) modules supporting shift bidding, scheduling, timekeeping, and labor compliance for clients across airline, transportation, and healthcare industries.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience
- Infor Scriptable Extensions
- Groovy scripting
- Advanced Scheduling MVS, MR, OTS
- Infor API & File-based Integrations
- Infor Migrations
- Workforce Management concepts: Timekeeping, Absence Management, Scheduling
- Basic REST API knowledge
- Agile/Scrum
- Jira & Confluence
Valuable to Have
- Experience with Infor-ServiceNow integrations
- Multi-market labor compliance knowledge
- Experience in airline, transportation, healthcare, or other complex workforce environments
