Responsibilities
Design VMware infrastructure (vSphere vSAN NSX) for enterprise workloads
Define LLD or HLD capacity models and resiliency architectures
Lead VMware upgrades migrations and platform modernization initiatives
Provide technical leadership during implementation and hypercare
Act as L3 or L4 escalation for complex VMware issues
Ensure compliance with security availability and operational standards
Mentor delivery and operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands on and design experience with VMware stack
Experience in DC migrations and infrastructure transformations
Knowledge of backup DR and integration with storage or network layers
Solid documentation and design governance capability
