RCM Residential Construction Manager (Project Site InCharge)
Requirements
- Experience: Not less than 15 years.
- Age: 40 to 50 yrs.
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in Mech. Or Electrical.
- Currently working as Project Head of at least 100 to 150 crores project with expertise/experience in following job roles:-
- Erection commissioning of Material Handling Project (MHPD).
- In depth exposure in Coal Handling Project.
- Through knowledge in Project Management.
- Project procurement.
- Project commercial.
- Must have exposure to handle project of 300cr.
- Must be a positive administrator and have exposure to handle large Project Team
