We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to identify potential business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support our sales process through research, outreach, and initial client interactions.

Roles & Responsibility.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email, and other online channels.
- Research and identify relevant projects and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Assist in preparing and sending proposals to prospective clients.
- Research companies and identify the right decision-makers to contact.
- Understand client requirements by asking relevant questions.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.




- Share client requirements and insights clearly with the internal team.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead and prospect database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are smoothly handed over for further discussions.

What we are looking for;
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, sales support, or a similar role.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, freelancing platforms, and online research tools.
- Positive at understanding client requirements and asking relevant questions.
- Confident when communicating with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in selling IT services or software solutions is a plus.
