About the Role

We are looking for a agile, well-groomed and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales/property sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to independently handle clients, generate leads, conduct site visits and close property deals.

This role is ideal for an individual who is confident, presentable, target-oriented and passionate about sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through various channels including references, networking, cold calling, digital leads and market visits.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert leads into potential customers.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budget and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain project details, property specifications, pricing, payment plans and other relevant information to customers.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in successfully closing property sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking/closure.
- Stay updated about ongoing projects, property inventory, pricing, market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential buyers, investors, brokers and other relevant contacts.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional activities, client meetings and other sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
