Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement category management strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across beauty & personal care categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and optimize product assortment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform purchasing decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, internal customers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Category Management or related field within FMCG industry.
- Robust understanding of beauty & personal care products such as cosmetics, hair care, perfumes etc. .
- Proven track record in developing successful negotiation skills for supplier agreements.
