Job Summary

RhythmRx is hiring a Technical Writer to support documentation across our portfolio of connected cardiac monitoring devices and digital health solutions. You will draft, format, and maintain clear, accurate documentation — spanning software and API references, mobile app guides, user manuals, and regulatory support materials. A strong emphasis of this role is software documentation: explaining device software, mobile applications, and integration workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences, while building solid regulated medical-device and compliance fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Software Documentation

Write and maintain software documentation: API references, SDK guides, developer notes, error/message references, and integration and configuration workflows.

Document mobile application behaviour and features across Android and iOS (screens, flows, settings, BLE/device connectivity).

Produce release notes, changelogs,



and version histories aligned to software build cycles.

Create how-to guides, troubleshooting content, and in-app help/UX copy for technical and non-technical users.

Read and interpret source material — specs, tickets, code comments, and design docs — to document features accurately.

Use Markdown and docs-as-code workflows (Git-based repos, structured authoring) where applicable.

Product & User Documentation

Draft and format clear, user-centered content: clinical user manuals, operator guides, Instructions for Use (IFU), and installation/configuration guides.

Translate technical and clinical input into structured, understandable content for healthcare professionals, technicians, and internal stakeholders.

Update and revise existing documentation based on product changes and reviewer feedback.
