We are looking for an experienced Procurement, Admin & Facilities Sr. Executive to independently manage end-to-end procurement operations and day-to-day administration and facilities across multiple office locations. The role requires a hands-on professional who can balance vendor negotiation and cost efficiency with smooth office operations, statutory compliance, and team oversight in a fast-paced IT company workplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, administration, and facilities management, preferably within an IT/corporate environment.
- Proven vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost-optimization skills.
- Experience managing multi-location office operations and cross-functional vendor teams (security, housekeeping, M&E;).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to procurement/ERP tools is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple sites, and handle escalations calmly under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-growing IT/technology company.
- Exposure to statutory compliance requirements related to office facilities (fire safety, electrical safety certifications, etc.).
- Experience setting up or scaling admin/facilities processes for a growing office footprint.
