About us

We are looking for a Results-Driven Regional Enterprise Sales Leader to drive business growth across the USA and MENA regions. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, acquiring enterprise clients, and expanding the company’s presence across key international markets. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to solution positioning, contract negotiation, and deal closure. The role will focus on selling technology and digital solutions including Digital Commerce, AI, Mobile Applications, Web Development, Cloud, and IT Consulting services. The position will also be responsible for building strong relationships with C-level executives, enterprise decision-makers, and strategic partners, while developing key accounts and driving long-term customer engagement. The candidate will lead and mentor regional sales teams, establish a high-performance sales culture,



and ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, pipeline, and business growth targets.
Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across the USA and MENA regions.
- Identify and acquire enterprise clients for Digital Commerce, AI, Mobile Apps, Web Development, Cloud, and IT Consulting services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for key enterprise customers and ensure long-term engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams while driving high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success team
