Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Automobile Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, monitoring dealership performance, and driving revenue growth.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of the automobile industry, vehicle sales, dealership operations, customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual automobile sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the automobile sales team.
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Generate and convert leads through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, campaigns,



and online enquiries.
- Monitor sales funnel, customer follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Insurance, Service, and Marketing teams.
- Plan and execute local sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends in Bangalore.
- Ensure proper implementation of dealership sales processes and company standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Train and develop Sales Executives to improve conversion ratios and productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth vehicle booking and delivery process
