JOB DESCRIPTION :

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify key decision-makers like (Plant Heads, Operations Head or Supply Chain Director) and relevant stakeholders within target accounts.
- Outbound calling - Initiate contact with prospects through campaigns (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients across priority markets,also through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, requirements, and expectations.
- Schedule High quality meetings/Demos for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Introduce Nekkos services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Handle client queries, objections,



and concerns confidently.

Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and business fit.
- Build long-term skilled relationships with prospects, clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to refine messaging, improve targeting, and share market intelligence from prospect conversations.

Deal Support
- Provide support to the sales team for deal closure.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings, demos, and intro calls for Account Executives or prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information, interactions, and activity logs in the CRM

Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Keep a pulse on industrial automation trends, emerging client needs, and competitor activities within your assigne
