Experience: 1-2 Years in US Healthcare Recruitment (RN Hiring Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit Registered Nurses (RN) for US healthcare clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified RN candidates.
Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring requirements.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS,
and other sourcing channels effectively.
Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Hands-on experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
