Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Engineering Department role based in Vasai.



The Head of Engineering will lead and manage the engineering function across manufacturing and R&D; sites, ensuring reliable plant operations, safety, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing project engineering activities, planning and executing capital and maintenance projects, and coordinating civil and construction work related to facility expansion or upgrades. The role will involve managing engineering teams, setting performance objectives, optimizing resources, and collaborating with production, quality, and regulatory teams to support continuous improvement. The Head of Engineering will also be responsible for vendor management, budgeting, risk assessment, and implementing best practices in engineering management to support the company’s long-term growth.
