We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, build and manage high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and sales for our clients while continuously optimising for the best possible return on ad spend. This role is open to both experienced professionals and freshers – if you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in performance marketing, we want to hear from you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Perform keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for creatives.
- Manage budgets, bids and daily spend to maximise ROI/ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels and Google Tag Manager / GA4.
- Monitor,



analyse and report on campaign performance with clear insights.
- A/B test creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve results.
FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES:
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of running lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Solid command of GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and reporting tools.
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
FOR FRESHERS:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Eagerness to learn paid advertising – training will be provided.
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
- Any internship, certification or personal campaign experience is a bonus.
