About The Role:

As a
Senior UI Designer at HumanX

, you’ll turn business and brand vision into distinctive digital experiences across websites, products and digital brand experiences.

You’ll be expected to understand the
business, the audience and the cultural context

behind a problem. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about craft, thinks beyond the brief and likes to make things, not just design screens.

What You'll Do:
- Translate business objectives and brand strategy into clear visual and digital design directions.




- Bring cultural and behavioural context into the work, designing for real people rather than generic users.
- Shape visual systems through typography, layout, composition, colour, imagery, motion and interaction.
- Simplify complex products, ideas and information into transparent, intuitive experiences.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and UI systems that balance ambition with usability and technical reality.
- Partner with strategists, UX designers, developers and clients to take ideas from concept to execution.
- Use emerging tools including AI, creative coding and rapid prototyping to explore and build beyond static screens.
- Present your work with clarity, connecting design decisions back to the problem they solve.
- Contribute to critiques and raise the quality of work across the team.

What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience

in UI, visual, digital or product design.
