We are looking for experienced Process Specialists with strong expertise in Quote to Cash (Q2C), Quote Management, and License-to-Serve (L2S) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

2–5 years of experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment.

Hands-on experience in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes.

Solid knowledge of Agreements, Contracts, Amendments, Quote Management, Pricing, Licensing, and Pricing Sheets.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Support sales teams with Quotes, Orders, Amendments, Pricing Sheets, Vendor Quotes, and service requests.

Customer/client-facing experience is preferred.
