Bharat Oncology is a rapidly growing chain of Daycare Chemotherapy Centers.

We are looking for a Public Relationship Officer (Medical), to rapidly help us grow our presence in Haryana and Northern India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in Karnal and nearby towns and villages to build referral partnerships with general physicians, gynecologists, surgeons, and other specialists.
- Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) events and doctor engagement programs.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and oncology-adjacent practitioners in the district.
- Coordinate with local NGOs, community health workers, and Asha workers to drive cancer screening awareness.
- Support patient navigation — helping referred patients understand available services and financial assistance. (PMJAY / Ayushman Bharat)




- Manage outdoor visibility: hoardings, banners, local print, and community events.
- Track referral activity, visit logs, and monthly targets; report to the Centre Head.

CANDIDATE PROFILE;
- 2–5 years of field marketing or medical representative experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic, or pharma setting.
- Strong local network in Karnal /Haryana preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi; positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district and nearby areas.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or healthcare background a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
